Hand wash the jug, lid and both whisks before first use. Wipe the base with a dry or barely damp cloth only.
Use the whisk with the stainless steel ring for hot or cold foam, and the plain whisk for warm milk or hot chocolate.
Fill to the lower max line for foam or the higher line for heating. Milk above 3 percent fat, straight from the fridge, foams best.
Put the lid on and set the jug on the base.
Press the button for warm milk, hot foam, cold foam or hot chocolate. It stops automatically.
Pour, then rinse the jug straight away before milk dries on.
