Charge the case with the supplied USB-C cable before first use. A full charge takes about two hours; the case light blinks while charging and turns solid white when full.
Take the buds out of the case and select JBL Vibe 200TWS in your phone's Bluetooth menu. Later, they reconnect when you take them out.
Try all three tip sizes. The right one seals without pressure and stays put when you move your head. A good seal is what unlocks the bass.
