32-Bit Float Backup Recording
Each transmitter records internally in 32-bit float onto its own memory, independent of the wireless link to the receiver or camera. That means a dropped connection does not necessarily mean a lost take, and a voice that spikes past the expected level can often be brought back to a usable volume afterward rather than staying clipped. It is a feature most clip-on wireless lavs at lower prices simply do not have, and it is the clearest justification for the price gap between this kit and a basic two-transmitter mic.
