100 ml Bowl and Chopping
The bowl holds 100 ml, and the chopper does its best work at that scale. It minces garlic in a couple of seconds, and chopping performance is one of its praised points, along with its handling of onions, spices, nuts and soft fruit. Owners also use it to purée small portions, and AYOTEE suggests it for sauces and small-batch food preparation. The limits are just as clear. It holds only a few tablespoons, so larger quantities mean several batches, and one critic found it underpowered, with flat blades that do not lift food off the bottom of the bowl. Cut ingredients into small pieces first, do not overfill, and pulse in short bursts, tapping the bowl between presses, for the most even result.
